河北灵寿男孩喆喆(化名)只有1岁零4天大，在医院却已经住了将近三个月。因为一个小小的疝气手术，喆喆不幸得了脓毒症，左睾丸也因此坏死，险些丧命。直到转院到北京儿童医院，他的病情终于有了好转，然而此时他的治疗费用也难以为继了。
