中新网兰州1月11日电(记者 张道正)记者11日从甘肃省民委获悉，甘肃省民委、甘肃省质监局日前联合发布了《清真食品认证通则》地方性标准，对清真食品认证、资质要求、禁忌原料和生产加工等内容进行了明确和规范。这一标准的出台对于推动甘肃省清真食品管理规范化、标准化、法制化进程，保障穆斯林群众的合法权益，保护穆斯林群众饮食习俗，加强民族团结，维护社会稳定，加快清真食品产业进一步做大做强具有重要意义。
