卫生部1月16日要求，2013年，我国农村医疗保障重点将向大病转移，肺癌等20种疾病全部纳入大病保障范畴。记者16日晚从江苏省卫生厅获悉，我省已用3年时间逐步将肺癌、农村儿童白血病、血友病、Ⅰ型糖尿病等20个病种扩容至农村大病保障范畴，到今年2月全省各级将全面实施到位。

　　江苏省卫生厅厅长王咏红告诉记者，2012年以来，全省救治农村重大疾病患者2.6万人次，支出补偿资金9700万元，大病患者新农合实际补偿比平均达到71.1%，加上医疗救助的农村居民实际报销比例可达到90%。

　　记者了解到，2010年，我省在全国率先将儿童白血病、先天性心脏病纳入农村大病保障范围。2011年，江苏进一步扩大保障范围，将终末期肾病、妇女乳腺癌、宫颈癌、耐多药肺结核、重性精神病、艾滋病机会性感染等6种疾病新增入该范围，至此，8种疾病在我省已纳入农村重大疾病保障范围。2012年底，省卫生厅又新制定方案，又新增肺癌等12个病种，要求2013年2月前江苏在全国全面率先将20种疾病纳入农村大病保障。
