今天，省发改委、省卫生厅、省财政厅等部门联合下发《关于开展城乡居民大病保险工作的实施意见》提出，在城镇居民医保、新农合按政策规定提供基本医疗保障的基础上，参保(合)人员如患大病发生高额医疗费用，河北省将对其在城镇居民医保、新农合补偿后需个人负担的合规医疗费用提供大病保险。确定石家庄、唐山为试点市，要求3月底前完成招标工作，6月1日前正式启动实施大病保险，2014年在全省推开。
