艾滋感染者小齐(化名)参加招聘考试，笔试面试第一名，却因体检中被查出为艾滋感染者而被告知不予录用。小齐起诉后，在江西省进贤县法院的调解下签订了4.5万的调解书。昨天记者获悉，小齐已拿到赔偿款。
