　　“医药分开”改革，也是小组讨论会上广受关注的话题。方来英介绍，截至去年年底，友谊医院、朝阳医院、同仁医院、天坛医院和积水潭医院共5家医院，正式启动了“医药分开”改革试点，取得了不错效果，5家医药分开试点医院门诊医保患者次均医疗费用从440元降到351元，门诊医保患者自付费用从196元下降到98元。
