　　据哈医大二院急诊科医生王小冬介绍，冬春交替本就是CO中毒的高发季，加上最近哈市天气寒冷，气压偏低，市民在烧煤取暖或使用燃气洗浴时，如门窗紧闭、室内通风不良或烟道堵塞、漏气、倒灌等，均有可能导致急性CO中毒。市民最好不要在板房或临时安置房内使用火炉、火盆等，注意保持室内通风良好，定期检查烟道或煤气管道。在发生急性CO中毒后，为防止大脑发生脱髓鞘病变，患者需在医生的建议下做核磁检查，以明确治疗方案。一般来说，CO中毒的患者至少要进行一个月的高压氧治疗，所以患者切忌见好就收，擅自停止治疗。(记者 霍营)
