中新网北京3月8日电(记者 江耘)对于躺在病床上的血液病患者来说，造血干细胞是他们生命得以延续的绿色通道。现在，中国需要通过移植造血干细胞来救治的血液病患者近100万，但是中华骨髓库入库数据有146万人份，仅占总人口的0.11%。为此，全国人大代表、浙江省衢州市柯城区畜牧兽医局局长郑玉红建议，捐献造血干细胞应尽快引入优先激励机制，谁捐献，谁优先；谁多捐，谁先配，请血液病患者家属先行捐献。
