东南大学附属中大医院耳鼻喉科主任黄志纯近日做客扬子名医团微访谈，就咽喉疾病的相关问题回答了网友的提问。黄志纯表示，不少人对于自己持续出现的声音嘶哑症状没有得到及时重视，有的患者久拖不治，甚至引发出喉癌等严重后果，错过了治疗最佳良机。

　　黄志纯告诉记者，声音嘶哑是喉部肿瘤的首发症状，初起感觉发声疲劳，继而出现持续性声音嘶哑，并逐渐加重，嘶哑的程度比慢性喉炎严重。许多患者往往把它与用嗓过度和感冒上火相混淆，容易误诊，建议出现声音嘶哑在治疗后未见明显好转要及时就诊。声音嘶哑往往为声门型喉癌，且多为早期，如果早期发现，治疗效果比较好。
