体内植入物，泛指通过各种渠道进（置）入体内，并长期驻留体内的异物。根据体内植入物在磁场中的表现，一般可分为铁磁性和非铁磁性两大类，非铁磁性植入物又有金属性和非金属性之分。

　　非铁磁性金属植入物可以做磁共振检查，但会导致图像出现不同程度的金属伪影。比如骨科材料中的不锈钢、纯钛或一些合金材料；口腔材料中的银汞合金、钛合金、金属烤瓷冠、纯银、纯金、钯等贵重材料；妇科常用宫内节育器中，以含有不锈钢丝成分的节育器伪影比较严重。非铁磁性非金属性植入物，做磁共振检查就是安全的了。
