全国两会期间，不少委员、代表都特别关注灰霾天气。全国人大代表钟南山院士认为“灰霾比非典更可怕”。昨天，广东省环保厅厅长李清在出席“民声热线”电台节目时，特别提出要回应钟南山：“我不赞同灰霾比非典还要可怕的说法！”

　　昨日，广东省环保厅上线“民声热线”节目，厅长李清携省环保厅辐射处、大气处等部门相关负责人，在节目中接听来电群众的咨询、建议与投诉。其中，有观点谈道，包括广州、北京等全国各大城市灰霾近年愈演愈烈，恰逢最近“抗非”10周年，钟南山更是提出“灰霾比非典还要可怕”的观点。

　　李清从灰霾的产生、机理说开去——由于污染物的排放，以及工业和交通源排放产生的一些颗粒物，PM2.5在不利于污染物扩散条件下，积聚在大气中，产生了灰霾。李清强调，灰霾之于当前大气污染的烟值可测、可分，广东较全国更早关注PM2.5的数值，对大气治理也积累了一些技术手段；特别是最近十年来广东在珠三角采取的一些大气污染防治的成功做法，可以说目前我们已经有办法对付灰霾，我们有能力解决灰霾。

　　李清回应称，改善环境质量，既有长期性也有复杂性，既有新问题也有老问题，肯定不可能是靠风吹。这几年广东实现超额减排、持续控制污染物浓度、联动治理大气污染，仅2012年珠三角的二氧化硫、二氧化氮年均浓度较2010年就分别下降23.8%、10.3%，PM2.5平均浓度比2011年下降4.8%，灰霾天数从2011年的130多天下降到75天，环境治理有成效。
