日前，由民航局和财政部联合下发的《民航节能减排专项资金管理暂行办法》（财建[2012]547号，以下简称“《办法》”）正式实施，该办法的实施将进一步加强民航节能减排专项资金管理，提高资金使用效益，有效推进民航节能减排工作顺利进行。
