日前，记者从河北、山西、陕西、内蒙古区域高速公路协调联动第一次联席会议上获悉，四省（区）将建成区域运煤高速公路网运行信息共享和服务平台，理顺省域内协调联动关系，实现省界高速公路路段间信息共享，促进运煤通道畅通。

　　据悉，陕西、内蒙古、山西是我国煤炭主产区，总产量将近20亿吨，外运比例平均达到70%，河北是三省（区）煤炭外运主要通道。公路作为煤炭运输主要方式之一，运煤通道供需矛盾突出，公路运输压力很大。

　　在四省区高速公路协调联动联席会议框架下，四省（区）将在管理措施、技术手段等方面，以高速公路运煤通道为重点，稳步、有序建立路况信息共享和协调联动机制。按照协调联动总体方案安排，到2015年，四省（区）将在优先考虑运煤通道监控系统建设的基础上，依托全国高速公路信息通信系统联网工程，实现监控系统联网互通。加强对运煤通道关键交通节点、主要瓶颈路段、煤炭车辆集结站点的监测监控，实现信息快速交换、传达和突发事件的快速有效应对。推进非现金收费系统和治超数据的联网运行，实现运煤车辆的协同监管，提高区域运煤通道管理能力。
