　　“航运兴则海洋强，海洋强则国力升。国家应充分重视航运业的重要地位，营造良好政策环境，推动航运业快速发展。”日前，大连海事大学校长王祖温代表接受采访时表示，近年来，受国际金融危机影响，我国航运业面临诸多困难，亟待政府采取相关措施，扭转当前不利局面。

　　王祖温认为，我国航运业在软实力建设上，与发达国家和地区还存在一定差距，税收制度、船员队伍建设、环境保护等较为滞后。建议政府从五方面入手，振兴我国航运业。
