新东方股价继周二暴跌逾34%之后，周三因遭浑水公司狙击，再度暴跌逾35%，两天时间蒸发市值超过128亿元。新东方董事长俞敏洪昨日向媒体表示，新东方没有私有化计划。

　　北京时间7月17日，受“收到美国证交会调查函”消息影响，新东方股价暴跌34.32%，收盘报14.62美元；7月18日，浑水公司发布报告，称新东方财务涉嫌造假，对部分新东方学校的所有权及其财务报表与母公司合并的做法提出质疑，导致新东方股价再度狂跌，收盘报9.50美元，跌幅35.02%。至此，新东方从22.26美元跌至9.50美元，每股下跌12.76美元，按1.58亿股的总股本计算，短短两天，市值蒸发20.16亿美元（人民币128.49亿元）。
