记者日前从山东省政府法制办获悉，《山东省道路交通安全责任制规定(草案)》开始公开征集意见，草案规定，公安机关、监察机关应当建立健全酒后驾驶、涉牌涉证违法行为管理机制，教育主管部门应当将中小学校的校车安全工作情况纳入学校安全管理工作年终考核内容。
