  8月6日,湖南考生状告公务员招录单位色盲歧视一案,在长沙市雨花区人民法院第二次开庭审理。经过激烈的法庭辩论,法庭当庭宣判:驳回原告刘云(化名)的诉讼请求。刘云表示,将向上一级法院提交上诉请求。

  2010年,我省考生刘云参加公务员考试,总分考了第一,却因为体检中被查出色盲,被招考单位拒绝录取。2011年12月14日,刘云向法院起诉招考单位。今年4月6日,这起案件第一次开庭审理,因时间有限,质证阶段结束后休庭,法庭辩论在第二次开庭进行。

  在第二次开庭审理中,原告代理律师提出,被告未及时通知原告体检结果,导致原告刘云未在规定期限内提出复检申请书;被告在招录该岗位时并未事先规定视觉上的限制条件,并且该岗位并非"特殊职位",被告因色盲拒录刘云的行为侵犯了原告的平等就业权,属歧视行为。
