据了解，为规范幼儿园收费行为，保障受教育者和幼儿园的合法权益，2011年12月31日，国家发展改革委、教育部、财政部出台《幼儿园收费管理暂行办法》，针对幼儿园收费方面存在的突出问题，进行了明确和规范，并要求各省市价格、教育、财政部门制定具体实施细则。为此，市教委、市发改委、市财政局于近日组织召开了专家学者座谈会。
