晨报讯（记者 何欣）毕业于上海某名牌大学的李华（化名）窜入中国政法大学逸夫楼内，趁学生午睡之机，盗走一名同学的iPhone4手机。近日，昌平检察院以李华涉嫌盗窃罪将其批准逮捕。
