  近日,“2012中国高等职业教育社会责任年会暨质量报告”发布会在京召开。由全国高职高专校长联席会议倡议组织召开的此次会议,发布了《2012中国高等职业教育人才培养质量年度报告》。与会代表围绕高等职业教育社会责任进行了深入交流与研讨。这是作为中国首创教育类型高等职业教育经过12年大发展后的自我反思,用与会者的语言来说:“是高职战线与社会各界的一次交流与碰撞,是高等职业院校办学者、管理者与教学者梳理过去、厘清现状、展望未来的一种努力与尝试,传达了高职战线坦诚面对公众,认真承载社会责任,勇于面对未来挑战的坚定信心。”

  报告是委托第三方研究机构,上海市教育科学研究院和麦可思研究院联合调研编写形成的,是高等职业教育整体办学质量的首次社会发布。报告分为概览与历程、学生与发展、学校与改革、政策与项目、成效与贡献、挑战与展望等六个部分。报告从培养目标的恰当定位、学校的努力创新和政府的重点支持等角度,分析了高职教育在逆境中探索生存空间、服务空间和发展空间。发布会上同时推荐了部分省市与院校的质量报告,全面展示了十二年来中国高等职业教育对社会责任的担当:

  在高等教育大众化进程中发挥了决定性作用。2011年全国高职学校数量1276所,占普通高校总数的60%;招生数325万人,占普通高校招生总数的47.7%。在高职学校毕业生中,有12.7%来自于贫困地区,22.2%来自于西部地区,16.2%来自于民族地区。
