  记者近日从福建省教育厅获悉,从今年起,该省每年定期开展义务教育质量监测,全面反馈质量监测结果,促进学校完善管理制度,改进教育教学。同时,监测结果作为教育决策的科学依据。

  质量监测主要内容是学生学习质量,以及学生身心健康发展状况、家庭教育环境等影响学生学习质量的主要因素。监测对象为城乡义务教育阶段的学生、教师、校长。每年定期在小学、初中阶段各选择相关年级的2至3个学科,通过学生学习质量测试和教师、校长问卷调查等方式开展监测,采集信息。同时,结合质量监测发现的问题,采用课堂观察,师生访谈、家长座谈等方式,开展学校教育教学状况的专项调研,获取实证材料。
