　　面对当前应试倾向导致的高中教育格式化和学生课业负担重问题，我认为，中国的基础教育总不能老是以高考为圆心在画圆。我们应基于长远、放眼世界来考虑办学的着眼点，应该瞄准未来20年、30年之后，中国需要怎样的建设者和接班人？应该思考在未来20年、30年之后，一个合格的世界公民应具备哪些素质和能力？

　　富而未贵皆“穷人”。在经济富裕的情况下，更要注重养成高贵的品格。这是我对同学们的勉励，也是我们对教育的反思——当今的学校教育，应该从注重知识与分数，转变为注重人的综合素质与道德修养，聚焦人的品德与个性，培养学生正确的价值信念、价值心灵与价值品格。一个缺少共同价值感的民族，是一个没有希望的民族；一个没有共同价值感的社会，是一个十分危险的社会。

　　出于我们对教育核心价值的思考，三十五中提出“五有人才”的培养目标和“四证教育”的育人模式。所谓“五有”即具有中华民族的文化底蕴和中国情怀、具有国际视野、具有正义感与责任心、具有适应社会的能力、具有科学精神和探究意识。所谓“四证教育”指凡是三十五中的学生，在高中毕业时，人人都要争取拿到四种证书，即高中毕业证书、做社会志愿者的经历证书、个人才艺证书和个人诚信证书。这就是我对在座各位同学的期望。
