9月14日，第四届A-Action青少年公益创想行动大赛正式启动，面向全国中小学生征集2012/2013年度公益项目计划书。A-Action是由中国青少年发展基金会小天使行动基金主办，优卡（北京）科技发展有限公司支持的中小学生自主创意实施公益项目的平台。今年大赛主题为"心行动，新未来"，除了继续资助、督导和评选优秀的学生公益项目之外，大赛还增设"公益之星奖"和"心行动导师奖"，旨在鼓励在大赛中表现突出的个人。
