十天来，一位40来岁、身材矮小、面色黝黑的苗族汉子一直忙活在“9.07”地震的重灾区云南省大关县上高桥乡大寨村里，他一边走家入户，帮助孩子抚平心理创伤，一边忙着收拾出两间帐篷，让停课的小学尽快复课。他叫王顺才，是大寨村小学的代课老师。

　　16日，是大寨小学复课的第五天，记者在大寨村一个临时安置点找到了王顺才。王顺才八点多就来到“教室”里，所谓“教室”，其实就是一个临时搭建的12平米的帐篷，里面横放着三排高矮大小不一的课桌，一块凹凸不平的木板刷了漆之后成了黑板。黑板上，分别用汉字和苗文写着“现在是地震时期，它危害着人们的生命、财产”两行字。王顺才用不太标准的普通话告诉记者：“地震刚刚过去，孩子们对地震还有心理阴影，了解地震知识能让孩子尽快回复平静。”

　　九点钟，上课开始。王顺才先教了一遍汉语，待孩子们把汉语读通顺后，再用苗语逐字逐句的给孩子们作解释。另外一群好奇的孩子趴在帐篷的窗子上，听他讲解地震知识。他介绍说：“苗族村寨长大的孩子没有汉语环境，必须说苗语他们才能听懂。”说起教学，这位土生土长的苗族汉子显得很兴奋，并称自己是真正意义上的“双语教师”。
