21日上午8点左右，连云港市灌云县图河中心小学39名学生出现呕吐、腹泻等消化道不适症状，后被紧急送往当地卫生院治疗，截至21日中午12点50分，出现不适的39名学生经治疗后情况稳定并全部出院，当天下午学生返校开始正常上课。
