2012年9月10日，为庆祝第28个教师节，宁波龙文教育在城市总部（桑田路教学点）召开了2011-2012年度总结表彰大会。城市总部各部门、分校长、主任、获表彰人员共计100余人参加了本次大会。总结表彰大会由海曙分校望京路校区主任汪日岩，甬港校区教务蔡盼，北仑分校教师韩琦共同主持。

　　大会在激昂的《龙文校歌》中拉开帷幕。宁波龙文教育常务校长陈友才首先发表了热情洋溢的讲话，对过去一年的工作进行了回顾，对广大教师和广大管理层的工作给予了充分的肯定，并对将获表彰的老师们表示热烈祝贺。随后宁波龙文教育人力行政总监李朝杰陆续公布了年度优秀教师、优秀教务、内务质量标杆校区、优秀主任及先进集体、优秀总部工作人员、优秀校长及先进集体的获奖者。随着名单的陆续公布，获奖老师们陆续走上讲台，主持人为每一位获奖者宣读了获奖词，将获奖老师们的突出成绩表现得淋漓尽致，也让其它团队成员清晰的看到需要学习的闪光点。
