今年教师节前夕，上海市教委宣布，上海中小学教师资格在首次注册后将不再是终身制。另据了解，今后北京教师资格也将不再享有终身制，取而代之的或是5年时限。依照此前颁布的《国务院关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》，将全面实施教师资格考试和定期注册制度，而定期注册制度就是要打破教师资格的终身制。
