本报讯（记者陈霞）永登农民李永波年已三十仍在啃老，且动辄打骂父母，遭弟弟训斥后竟蓄谋报复，一天晚上，李永波60余刀刺死了即将为人父的亲弟弟。10月12日，兰州中院作出一审宣判，李永波犯故意杀人罪被判处死刑，缓期两年执行，剥夺政治权利终身。一审宣判后，李永波表示服判，不上诉。
