晨报讯初一学生小锐（化名）和同学在周末去河边游玩，饮酒后溺水身亡。事发后，她的父母将河流管理部门和同游同学告上法院，索赔51万元，目前顺义法院受理此案。

　　河流管理部门辩称，出事河流为无安全设施、无救护人员、无安全保障的天然河道，不是游泳场所，单位在此设置了多处明显的“禁止游泳”警示牌，已尽到安全警示义务，原告之女在此游泳溺水，故单位不应承担赔偿责任。小锐的同学辩称，当时小锐不听规劝喝了三听啤酒，醉酒后说会游泳，去河边蹚水，才发生意外，大家曾下水相救但水太深都不会游泳，他们认为小锐溺水是她自己的原因，所以不同意赔偿。
