       从没拔过牙，可小敏（化名）的嘴里只有12颗恒牙，正常人则应该有28-32颗。而且，她仅有的这些恒牙中，除了两颗门牙，剩下的都参差不齐，发育不良。如此严重的先天性牙缺失不仅导致她的嘴形内凹，还严重影响了她的容貌：年仅21岁的她，上半张脸看上去青春秀美，下半张脸却跟年迈的老太太一样。
