　　表彰会上，来自怀柔区第二小学的王翠红、北京市工业大学附属中学的田欣、延庆县第一职业学校的徐延文等三位班主任在表彰会上发言，讲述他们对班主任工作的思考和感悟。2012年北京市人民教师奖、曾经的“紫禁杯”优秀班主任特等奖获得者冯勉向全市中小学班主任寄语，表达了她对全市班主任的期望。来自西城区中学的班主任通过一首《我骄傲，我是一名光荣的班主任》的诗朗诵道出了全市4万名班主任的心声，表现了广大中小学班主任坚守班主任工作岗位的积极信念。市、区教育行政部门的有关负责同志，400名获奖班主任、青年班主任代表共计600余人参加表彰活动。
