表彰会上,来自怀柔区第二小学的王翠红、北京市工业大学附属中学的田欣、延庆县第一职业学校的徐延文等三位班主任在表彰会上发言,讲述他们对班主任工作的思考和感悟。2012年北京市人民教师奖、曾经的“紫禁杯”优秀班主任特等奖获得者冯勉向全市中小学班主任寄语,表达了她对全市班主任的期望。来自西城区中学的班主任通过一首《我骄傲,我是一名光荣的班主任》的诗朗诵道出了全市4万名班主任的心声,表现了广大中小学班主任坚守班主任工作岗位的积极信念。市、区教育行政部门的有关负责同志,400名获奖班主任、青年班主任代表共计600余人参加表彰活动。

班主任是中小学教师队伍的重要组成部分。我市有近4万名中小学班主任,占全市专业教师的1/3多,他们直接参与组织全市百万中小学生的教育教学活动。市、区县教育行政部门和中小学校一贯高度重视班主任队伍建设,采取了一系列切实可行的措施。在市级层面,2005年实施班主任骨干培训工程,并将班主任队伍培养培训纳入市“十一五”教育规划中,班主任工作摆上重要议事日程;2006年争取社会支持,进一步充实了紫禁杯教育奖励基金;2007年颁布了《班主任工作管理规程》,逐步规范了班主任工作管理;2008年在全市建立了市级优秀班主任工作室;2009年完成对全市4万名班主任基本功全员培训和400名骨干班主任培训。这些举措使班主任工作在规范管理、完善激励机制、健全培训体系、创造成长平台等方面得到了很大的推进。在区县和学校层面,根据市级统筹安排,也逐步建立起区县和学校层面的激励、培训、管理等机制,出台了许多激励教师做好班主任工作、促进班主任迅速成长的举措。
