　　为了促进普通高中多样化和特色化发展，引导学生自主选择、自主学习、自主发展，浙江省教育厅近日出台了《浙江省高等学校面向普通高中学生开发开设大学先修课程的指导意见》，积极鼓励省内高校以多种形式参与全日制普通高中选修课建设，特别是参与开发开设面向普通高中学生的大学先修课程。

　　为确保先修课程开发开设质量，浙江提出，合作学校应联合成立课程评审委员会，经课程评审委员会评审通过的课程方可作为先修课程。为了增强学分认定的可信度，合作学校将设立学分认定委员会，专门负责学生学分认定工作。只有实际修读先修课程课时数不少于规定课时数的2/3、学习过程表现良好、通过学校组织的考核合格者，才可以获得相应学分。先修课程经所在高校审核通过后予以学分认定，认可的范围是同一层次学校的相同专业。下一步浙江将逐步建立全省性的课程审核和学分认定制度。
