台南中华医事科技大学有6名学生，在课堂中看了老师在课堂播放的电影，觉得部分内容太露骨、不舒服，向学校性平会申诉，没想到学校调查后认定性骚扰案不成立，但提出申诉的学生们却被老师控告妨害名誉，虽然检方近日做出不起诉处分，但其中2名学生却吓得赶忙转学，也让家长批评校方，根本没有保护申诉人。
