　　本报北京10月22日讯（记者 焦新）记者今天从教育部获悉，全国学生资助管理中心近日发布《中国学生资助发展报告（2007—2011年）》。报告显示，我国已建立起较为完善的覆盖学前教育至高等教育的多元资助政策体系，基本实现了“不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学”的目标。

　　《中国学生资助发展报告（2007—2011年）》是我国首次面向社会发布的学生资助发展报告。报告显示，我国已建立起较为完善的覆盖学前教育至高等教育的多元资助政策体系。2007年以来，国家密集出台了一系列资助政策，建立起完整的覆盖学前教育至高等教育的学生资助政策体系。现行国家学生资助政策体系，是国家对家庭经济困难学生资助强度最大、资助范围最广、财政投入最多的制度安排，是学生得到实惠最多、人民群众最满意的制度安排。

　　报告显示，我国基本实现了“不让一个学生因家庭经济困难而失学”的目标。近年来，国家加大财政投入，不断扩大资助范围，不断提高资助标准，全面制定并实施国家学生资助政策，让家庭经济困难学生得到了有效资助，基本实现了“应助尽助”的工作目标。资助人数与金额数倍增长。2007年至2011年，全国普通高等教育、中等职业教育、普通高中教育和义务教育阶段受助学生累计达3.4亿人次，资助金额累计3526.17亿元。
