中新网11月2日电首都师范大学学前教育学院副教授严冷今日做客中新网《新闻大家谈》，就当下中国学前教育困境做出深入剖析。严冷其间给出一份调查数据指出，因为工作压力而产生的身心疲劳与枯竭状态，呈严重倦怠的幼儿教师占了2.9%，出现明显倦怠倾向的教师人数达半数以上。

　　据介绍，北京师范大学晓霞教授和她的博士生通过问卷调查和访谈的方式，对50所不同类型的幼儿园447名教师进行了调查，结果显示，因为工作压力而产生的身心疲劳与枯竭的状态，呈严重倦怠的幼儿教师占了2.9%，出现明显倦怠倾向的教师人数达半数以上。
