  去年中国出国留学人数达33.97万人,今年中国留学生“回流”人数达23.03万人次,中国留学生的“新回国潮”已经到来。越来越多的留学生选择回国,海归的就业压力也将越来越大。由启德国际教育研究院联合众多海外院校及教育机构在全国范围内开展的“海归就业力调查”近日结束,八千多份多地区、多行业的海归就业调查有效问卷样本,显示出中国海归的职场现状、求职难度和薪酬水平如何。

  在新的“回国潮”冲击之下,超过70%的中国留学生都选择回国就业。调查显示,中国海归回国后第一份工作的年薪普遍不高,其中36.5%起薪不足4万,67.2%起薪不足6万。有部分受访者表示,回国后找工作并不容易,想要进入世界500强企业、大型国企和科研机构的难度越来越大,自身对薪酬的要求也趋于理性。

  海归的收入差距十分明显,决策层与普通职员的年收入差距近30万。调查显示,大部分海归都是平均年收入为8.3万的普通白领;少部分人成功考取公务员,平均年收入为14.6万;只有极少数人能够进入知名企业或机构担任主管、经理级别的重要职位,平均年收入可达22.3万;而能够进入决策层,成为公司CEO、合伙人、企业主、年收入高达45万以上的人,更是凤毛麟角。
