  记者从重庆市教委获悉,重庆市近期出台《重庆市中小学领导干部及教师交流工作指导意见(试行)》,建立和规范中小学领导干部及教师交流制度,以均衡城乡、区域、校际教育资源。

  指导意见规定,重庆市中小学交流对象为任职10年以上的校级领导干部和任教9年以上的教师,并对交流对象的条件和人事关系的变动做出了规定。教师原则上在同一区县(自治县)内中小学之间进行交流,每年参加交流的各级骨干教师、优秀教师比例不低于交流教师总数的20%,并将交流时间、表现作为教师提拔任职、评定职称的重要依据。
