商报济南消息（记者孙晓伟）两个在校学生勾结校外俩同乡，盯上宿舍同学的笔记本电脑，经过一番踩点、摸索，四人分工合作，用棍子捅下监控、用方便袋套住监控，一夜间连偷7个宿舍，盗取13台笔记本电脑，日前，历下公安分局姚家派出所将四名犯罪嫌疑人抓获归案。
