本报讯(记者裴晓兰)中学生小明(化名)与同班女同学用QQ聊天，结果招致男同学殴打，后因病情加重无法上学。记者昨天获悉，小明已向顺义法院起诉4名同学索赔。

　　小明诉称，他与小刚(化名)等4名被告均为顺义区某中学的学生。今年4月14日早上，他与同班一名女同学上网聊天，聊到最后才知道，这名女同学用的是小刚的QQ号。小刚随后在网上对他留言：“你等着，明天我揍你。”小明称，他当时没有把小刚的话当真。第二天下午放学时，小刚带着三名男同学殴打他，并威胁他不准把此事告诉父母。由于病情日益加重，无法走路，在父母的追问下，他才将实情告诉父母。他起诉要求四被告赔偿各项损失共计5.6万元。
