　　最后，市委组织部干教处贺泳江副处长做了总结性发言，再次强调了开展此次研讨班的重要意义。对北外教学安排、后勤保障等方方面面做出的努力表示诚挚的感谢。贺泳江副处长说，北京外国语大学是北京市首批确立的八所干部培训高校基地之一，长期以来对北京市干部培训给予了鼎力的支持，为北京市干部培训做出了重要贡献。为了确保本次研讨班取得效果，对全体参训学员提出了三点要求：第一，认真学习、深入思考。结合建设中国特色的世界城市的战略目标，抓住机会，结合工作，深入学习。第二，加强管理，严格考勤。处理好工学矛盾，严格考勤请假制度。第三，谦虚谨慎，树立形象，充分展示北京市领导干部的良好形象。
