教育部昨日在官网发布《职业学校学生顶岗实习管理规定(试行)》(征求意见稿)，规定强调，不得通过中介机构有偿代理组织、安排和管理学生顶岗实习工作。

　　规定指出，学校应当对学生顶岗实习的单位、岗位进行实地考察。考察内容应包括：学生实习岗位工作性质、工作内容、工作时间、工作环境、生活环境以及健康、安全防护等方面。

　　规定要求，学校和实习单位应加强学生在实习期间的住宿管理，保障学生的住宿安全。未成年学生要求在学校、实习单位统一安排的宿舍以外住宿的，须有正当理由，经学生监护人签字同意，由学校备案后方可办理，并自理住宿及其相关事宜。

　　规定强调，学校和实习单位应当为学生提供必要的顶岗实习条件和安全健康的顶岗实习劳动环境。不得安排中职学生从事高空、井下、放射性、高毒、易燃易爆，以及其它具有安全健康隐患的顶岗实习劳动，不得安排中职学生从事国家规定的第四级体力劳动强度的顶岗实习劳动；不得安排中职学生到酒吧、夜总会、歌厅、洗浴中心等营业性娱乐场所顶岗实习；不得安排和接收16周岁以下学生顶岗实习；不得通过中介机构有偿代理组织、安排和管理学生顶岗实习工作；学生顶岗实习应当执行国家在劳动时间方面的相关规定。
