小明诉称，2011年4月16日，他所在的小学组织六年级学生到影视城进行社会大课堂活动，他在参观过程中从影视基地的城楼上摔下，后被医院诊断出多处伤情，共住院12天，做了两次手术。2011年9月3日，经鉴定机构鉴定，他身体所受损伤遗留部分功能障碍，构成十级伤残。因此，他起诉要求学校和影视城共同赔偿他15万余元。
