河南“封存”38名未成年罪犯记录 henan"seal"38 the juvenile criminal record

　　记者日前从河南省高级法院获悉，自2010年底开始，河南省法院系统开展未成年人初犯、偶犯“前科封存”试点工作，被封存犯罪记录的38名未成年人中，已经有10人考上大学，6人返回高中就读，22人顺利就业。

　　据了解，自2007年以来，河南省法院系统累计判处未成年罪犯26862人，判处未成年罪犯占罪犯总人数的比例由2007年的10.27%下降至2011年的5.8%。2010年底，河南省法院系统在平顶山、新乡法院开展了未成年人初犯、偶犯“前科封存”试点工作，对于被判5年以下有期徒刑，主观恶性不强，不会危害社会的未成年人初犯、偶犯，家人可以申请封存犯罪记录。就业、入学过程中，在填“曾因何事受过何种处罚”时，可以写“无”。目前，已累计受理申请43例，经考察、审核批准封存38例。(记者 郭炳德)
