“早上9点到12点上课，傍晚5点到一家酒楼当服务员端盘子，直到十一二点下班。”这是福州一所职业技术学院大二学生的新学期实习安排。这样的实习生活从10月中旬持续到明年5月中旬，一个月只能休息六天，酒楼每个月给实习的学生每人发放1000元的“助学金”。对于这样的安排，许多学生虽然不能接受，但为了拿到学分顺利毕业不得不参加。据了解，随着招工难的持续，职校生“被实习”的现象频现，而由于权益保障等机制缺失，学生的利益屡被侵犯。
