中国教育学会顾问王湛表示:教育家荣誉制度亟待建立--亲稳舆论引导监测室

(记者靳晓燕)“‘要培养一大批有志于献身教育事业的教育家’。可是,环顾四周,被称作教育家的有几人?并非我们国家教育系统特别是基层一线没有教育家,而是我们没有建立教育家的荣誉制度。”在今天举行的首届中国未来教育家成长论坛暨中国教育学会第25次全国学术年会上,教育部原副部长、中国教育学会顾问王湛表示,教育家不可能自封自诩,而应由国家和社会承认并通过必要的方式加冕命名。

王湛建议,第一,将现行的对教育工作者的表彰奖励制度与授予教育家名衔结合起来,在现有的政府表彰奖励中增加对人民教育家,优秀教育家,青年教育家的表彰命名,给对教育事业作出杰出贡献、堪为教育工作者楷模的优秀教育工作者授予教育家的荣誉。第二,在国家和省级教育学会增设教育家协会,按照一定条件,经过遴选吸收个人会员。加入教育家协会的会员的教育家身份自然会得到业内和社会的公认,如同其他行业的专门家协会一样。受到政府表彰和得到社会公认的教育家多了,教育家成长的环境将进一步优化,教育家大显身手,办人民满意的教育的道路也会越来越宽广。
