2012年11月25日晚，“中公杯”第二届北京高校中文谈判大赛决赛在北京大学英杰交流中心新闻发布厅成功举办。晋级决赛的两支代表队的选手为对外经贸大学的万姿廷、袁淼和外交学院的闫超、孙畅。经过一个小时的激烈谈判，对外经贸大学摘得桂冠，外交学院获得亚军。

　　晚上七点，活动正式拉开帷幕。中公教育副总裁王振东先生为比赛致辞，作为一名北大的校友，他表达了对母校的责任情怀和对学弟学妹的关心、鼓励。北京大学谈判协会会长孙天驰代表协会表达了对赞助商和来宾的感谢，并预祝两支队伍打出漂亮的一战。随后，大屏幕播放了选手们的自我介绍视频，形式新颖，个性张扬，体现了选手们的翩翩风度和个人魅力。伴随着现场气氛的逐渐活跃，四位选手走上舞台，向评委和观众致意。

　　7点30分，谈判正式开始。此次谈判围绕着王氏家族遗产分配展开。对外经贸队代表弟弟王国俊一方，率先以姐弟温情戏开场，使现场观众眼前一亮。代表姐姐王静一方的外交学院也不甘示弱，长驱直入，直接抛出己方条件。弟弟一方晓之以情，试图对对方的进攻逐个击破；而姐姐一方坚守阵地，有退必有进。两方队员唇枪舌战，一来一回，使比赛逐渐升温。对外经贸的万姿廷同学反应敏捷，口齿伶俐，给在场观众留下深刻印象，队友袁淼配合默契，方法创新，团队协作十分出色；外交学院的闫超同学和孙畅同学运筹帷幄，灵活应对，多次巧妙地击破对方暗计。30分钟之后，谈判进入5分钟的中场休息。选手们退场进行谋策布局的调整，同时，主持人播放了精彩的电影片段来为观众介绍并推广谈判文化。短暂的中场休息后，两队选手重新开始谈判。在后半场的谈判中，四位选手显得更加沉着冷静，思路也更加清晰。两队主要运用蚕食策略，不断求索新的出路，在技巧性和创新性方面都带给大家足够的震撼；双方谈判手深入角色，幽默风趣，舌尖的对弈为观众献上听觉的盛宴。

　　8点30分，谈判结束。双方得出了满意的结果。接下来的时间，评委退席进行评议，大赛进入观众互动环节。现场的观众踊跃参加，对参赛选手进行提问或提出自己的看法和建议。选手们热心解答并表示感谢。现场气氛十分融洽。评委评议结束后。三位评委分别对参赛选手的表现进行了点评。评委们分别从谈判技巧、谈判基调、政治谈判与商业谈判的区别与联系、谈判的语言措辞等方面对选手进行了精彩的点评，赞扬了选手们的出色表现，也提出了自己的建议。其中，白冰先生提出，谈判在双方共赢、全局利益最大化方面的创新应该再加强；李岑岩女士则强调了持有标准的重要性。在场选手与观众都受益匪浅。评委点评结束后，大赛进入最后部分——颁奖典礼。首先，获得季军的选手——北京大学的徐白玉、张瑞洁，中国人民大学的王悦、胡天任上台领奖，由李岑岩女士为他们颁发获奖证书和奖品。最后，在众人期待中，本次大赛的冠亚军结果揭晓，亚军由外交学院闫超、孙畅获得，而大赛的冠军奖杯颁发给了对外经贸大学的两位巾帼——万姿廷和袁淼。由白冰先生和王振东先生分别为获得冠亚军的选手颁发奖杯、证书和奖品。
