“我每天都会收到一条‘微信报’，可以了解当天学校的动态，了解微博一天的热点，很实用。”福建工程学院2012级学生武文斌所说的“微信报”，是该校信息科学与工程学院近期推出的基于微信公众平台开发的一种电子信息报，是信息科学与工程学院大三学生黄达聪创办的。黄达聪在学校担任院学生会宣传部部长，他看到很多同学和朋友的手机关注了一些娱乐类的微信公众平台，就想能不能利用这个平台进行校园信息传播。学院团委书记李孝灯认为这是个好点子，当即抽调3个学生成立了资讯部，专门负责新媒体的运作，通过整合微博、微信等资源，形成信息传播矩阵，满足同学们的信息需求。
