　　齐放告诉记者，3-5岁的幼儿时期，小朋友对周边事物充满了好奇心，如果能在这个阶段培养他们良好的音乐兴趣，能够在一些既适合小朋友演唱、又充满了童趣和时代特色的儿童歌曲中浸润，对于小朋友们的成长是十分有利的。对此，桂俊杰表示赞同，在他看来，如果孩子们过早地接触到成人的流行歌曲，反而不利于他们的发展，“首先这些歌曲的音域都是根据成人的发声特点来创作的，根本不适合小朋友演唱，其次流行歌曲的歌词都是描述的成人生活，情啊爱啊的，小朋友不可能理解。所以，优秀的儿童作品的涌现，实在是太必须了。”

　　可与之相对应的，却是后继乏人的创作队伍，在我国，为什么少儿歌曲的创作如此尴尬？写过《采蘑菇的小姑娘》、《妈妈的吻》等脍炙人口歌曲的音乐人谷建芬曾向记者透露，现在很多创作者不给孩子们写歌，首先是没这种意识，其次是版权问题，“在中国现在写歌不赚钱，不受版权保护，连给大人的歌都没人写了，还有谁给孩子们写歌呢？谁会做这赔本的生意？整条产业链就这么掉下来了”。据介绍，我国缺乏少儿歌曲的市场化运作机制，从词曲创作、编曲配器、演唱者包装到传播平台、衍生品开发等多个环节，都缺乏统一的调配与整合，始终没有形成产业链条。齐放告诉记者，在上海，现在坚持少儿歌曲创作的人，基本上也就只有三四人，大家纯属“个人爱好”，因为拿不到稿费，很多时候甚至还要自己贴钱制作歌曲，“一首新创作的儿童歌曲，从作词、作曲，到找人配器，再到找好合唱团、进棚录音，成本大概在2万元左右，可是歌曲一出来，就立刻被挂到了网上，创作者是一分钱都没有的。”所以，很多唱片公司宁愿将以前的旧童谣，连伴奏都不改地重新发行一下，也不愿砸钱到新创作中。
