本报讯（记者张灵）昨天，第六届全国亿万学生阳光体育运动冬季长跑启动仪式在北京市地坛体育场举行。教育部副部长杜占元、北京市副市长洪峰等亲自率队领跑，由此拉开了全国大中小学校冬季长跑活动的序幕。今年的冬季长跑中，首次引入保卫钓鱼岛的概念，根据学生年级不同设定不同的距离目标。

　　教育部规定，冬季长跑活动以班级为单位组织，每天长跑参考距离基数为：小学生800米-1000米，初中生1500米，高中生、高校学生2000米，活动期间长跑总里程目标相应分为3个档次：140公里（从台湾澎佳屿到钓鱼岛的大约距离）、190公里（从台湾基隆市到钓鱼岛的大约距离）、350公里（从浙江省温州市到钓鱼岛的大约距离）。

　　据介绍，在今年的规定中，首次将长跑距离与钓鱼岛联系起来，富有趣味的设计有利于激发学生运动的热情，也体现了今年长跑主题“热爱祖国从体育锻炼开始”。

　　根据要求，冬季长跑活动可放在体育活动课或大课间进行，各校不设统一的结束时间，以跑完选定的总里程为止，有条件的学校也可以同时组织游泳、跳绳等其他体育锻炼项目。体育教师根据本校学生身体素质状况，分阶段设定每天长跑距离或其他项目的运动量。学生在班主任组织下，在校园内集体完成当天预定的锻炼目标里程。
