本报讯（记者周逸梅）近日，教育部副部长刘利民发表了一篇题为《城镇化背景下的农村义务教育》的文章，其中披露从2001年到2010年，全国小学数目减少将近50%，而目前全国能符合国家标准的校车只占一成。
